Douglas A Labrozzi, CPA MBA

Douglas has been practicing tax and attestation compliance since 1994.  Douglas concentrates in personalized financial and tax planning services for individuals and businesses.  In addition, he specializes in audits of public and non-public companies, hedge funds and condominium associations.

Douglas began his career with a large regional public accounting firm as a tax accountant and auditor. Douglas formed Labrozzi & Company using his experience and contacts to grow a practice that concentrates in highly personalized accounting, tax, and attestation services. Douglas’ diverse background affords him the unique opportunity of utilizing the angles of both tax and business strategies when working with clients.

Having the knowledge of what it takes to successfully run a business, Mr. Labrozzi began his practice with the goal of helping businesses thrive through quality financial information, tax preparation, and consultation. Focus is what separates his company from the vast number of accounting firms that provide little more than tax preparation.

Altagracia Garcia

Altagracia joined the firm in 2009 and brings extensive investment and corporate banking experience. Her role at the firm is to provide financial analysis for companies in connection with debt and/or equity funding. She also provides business plan preparation in conjunction with the firm's  proprietary loan package required to begin the funding process. 

Altagracia earned her Economics degree from Florida International University and began her career in banking in 1996. Her investment banking and hedge fund connections provide the firm the access to available funding from a variety of sources. The firm has been more successful because of her efforts.

Altagracia and Douglas joined forces to create a dynamic business advisory service coupled with CPA services. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their client.
